EC tax official joins Dorsey & Whitney

Paul Farmer has joined the London office of Dorsey & Whitney. He was head of analysis and coordination of tax policies at the European Commission.

Farmer will be part of the trial group at the firm. He is a VAT specialist who has worked on a series of high profile cases. These include the landmark Kretztechnik case as well as a broader background in EU law matters through his work as a lawyer at the European Court of Justice.
