Transfer Pricing Associates, the international boutique headquartered the Netherlands, has set up operations in the US, France, Germany, Japan, Switzerland, Australasia and South Africa.
Ceteris, the Canadian consulting firm that specializes in transfer pricing, has also entered into an arrangement with Transfer Pricing Associates, giving the firm even greater geographic clout.
Transfer Pricing Associates' expanded presence now includes people on the ground in New York, Paris, Zurich, Frankfurt, London, Tokyo, the Netherlands and Auckland. The firm also has people in Spain, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina.
In Switzerland, the firm had a coup last November when the former international tax counsel for Nestlé, a Swiss food company, Hendrik Blankenstein, joined the firm. At Nestlé, Blankenstein was responsible for supply chain restructuring and acquisitions in the Americas and Europe.
Set up only three years ago, Transfer Pricing Associates is an independent provider of transfer pricing services that provides flexible design and benchmarking tools that provide companies with do-it-yourself and global cost controls that include tax-risk minimization strategies.
