Salans appoints new partner

Salans has strengthened its Polish practice with the appointment of new partner Cezary Przygodzki.

Przygodzki is experienced in tax planning, Polish and international tax structures, VAT and CIT optimisation and tax structuring of mergers, acquisitions and restructuring transactions.

He joined Salans’s Warsaw office from Ernst and Young in 2009.
