King & Spalding adds to New York tax group

A tax partner of Clifford Chance in New York has left to join King & Spalding.

Christopher Roman has extensive experience in the tax issues associated with private equity fund formation and investment, real estate investment trusts (Reits) and regulated investment companies.

Roman also advises on the tax aspects of partnerships, M&A and capital markets transactions, representing issuing companies as well as underwriters. His Reit work also involves securitisation structures.
