The Luxembourg office opened in September 2011, and the hire of Paul Tulcinsky from Linklaters expands the new base headed by Ayzo van Eysinga, recruited from Loyens & Loeff.
Tulcinsky spent almost 10 years at Linklaters and before joining them he headed the tax and legal department of Coopers & Lybrand in Luxembourg.
Tulcinsky specialises in international tax law, in particular the setting up of acquisition vehicles and financing vehicles in Luxembourg.
