AG delivers opinion on supply of staff in ADV

Advocate General Mazak has released his opinion in the case of ADV Allround Vermittlungs AG (ADV) and now the ECJ will issue its judgment on whether supply of staff includes the supply of self-employed people not employed by the service provider, and on where VAT liability lies.
