KPMG has named Rema Serafi to serve as its US transfer pricing leader as well as the primary representative of the US practice in its global transfer pricing network.
Serafi succeeds Sean Foley, who will join KPMG's Washington National Tax practice, where he will focus on such areas as advance pricing agreements and dispute resolution.
