Gatti was formerly a partner at Jones Day, where he advised clients on restructurings, international tax issues related to acquisitions and dispositions, and post-transaction integration for acquired businesses. He was previously a partner with KPMG’s ICS practice, where he provided services to large multinational clients related to M&A, subpart F, foreign tax credit planning, and tax treaty analysis.
