Mayer Brown adds new partners

Brian Kittle, who works in New York, has experience of corporate tax cases such as substance-over-form disputes, economic substance issues, valuation issues, Subchapter C issues and leasing transactions. He also advises clients on administrative matters, including IRS audits and IRS appeals.

Andrew Steigleder becomes a partner in Chicago. He acts for taxpayers in federal tax matters at all phases of a controversy, including pre-audit strategic consulting, IRS audit and administrative appeals and litigation in the US Tax Court, US Court of Federal Claims and US district courts.
