Chris Davidson joins KPMG in the UK

Chris Davidson, the former head of HM Revenue & Customs’s anti-avoidance group, will advise clients on meeting best practice standards on tax governance and compliance in his new role as a director in KPMG’s tax management consulting team in the UK.

Justin Blackburn is joining the same team as a director. He was previously responsible for EMEA tax reporting at Macquarie, the financial services firm.
