Weil, Gotshal & Manges has boosted its international tax practice with the appointments of partners Brenda Coleman and Patrick Jackman.
Coleman joins the firm's London office. She was previously a corporate tax lawyer at Allen & Overy. Jackman, who was most recently a managing director and head of the international tax advisory group for Merrill Lynch, has joined the New York office.
