Baker Hughes, the oilfield services company, has announced the appointment of Alexander Peng as vice president, tax. He will begin the role on May 1 2011.
Peng was previously vice president, taxes for SPX Corporation. He has also worked for PwC as a director, focusing on tax advisory services for global manufacturing companies in the industrial products and aerospace industries. At the start of his career, he worked at Arthur Andersen in various tax advisory roles, serving global manufacturing companies and private equity firms.
