VAT specialist joins Luther - Taxand

Oliver Lindloff has joined Luther – Taxand as Of Counsel. 

Lindloff is an experienced tax specialist who advises national and international service providers and trading companies and also provides advice on VAT and other tax issues in national and cross-border transactions. He will be responsible for dealing with VAT issues nationwide at Luther. Another area of expertise is advising on how to optimise tax structures in complex family-run companies - both in multi-level partnerships and in groups of corporations.

From 2000 to 2007 he managed the tax department of the OTTO Group. For the last four years he worked as an independent tax adviser in Hamburg.
