Kevin Giordano has joined the New York office of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman as counsel in the firm's tax practice.
Giordano was formerly senior tax counsel at Wyeth, the American pharmaceutical company. In addition his biotech experience, Giordano has also handled tax controversy, tax due diligence for M&A transactions, tax auditing and compliance, and tax lobbying for the healthcare industry.
