Merger creates new Italian law firm

Twenty partners will make up the tax practice of a new Italian law firm following the merger of Camozzi & Bonissoni Varrenti & Associati and Studio Associato LCA.

CBA Studio Legale e Tributario will have four offices across Italy and a small practice in Munich. The tax team will advise on international tax issues, transfer pricing, due diligence and litigation.
