
Alex Duric
Alexander is a director in Deloitte’s London-based transfer pricing group, where he advises multinational clients on complex transfer pricing matters across a broad range of industries, focusing on advisory and controversy work. He also specialises in transfer pricing issues related to financial transactions, helping clients navigate challenges related to cross-border financing and liquidity management arrangements.
Before joining Deloitte, Alexander was a transfer pricing adviser in the OECD’s transfer pricing unit, where he contributed to the development of international transfer pricing policy. He also spent nearly a decade at HMRC, including acting as a UK competent authority for advance pricing agreements and mutual agreement procedure cases. In this capacity, Alexander represented the UK at the OECD’s FTA MAP Forum and chaired the working group responsible for the Manual on the Handling of Multilateral Mutual Agreement Procedures and Advance Pricing Arrangements.
He holds an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation from the Chartered Institute of Taxation and brings extensive practical experience in domestic and international transfer pricing environments.
