Alejandra Arguedas
Alejandra has over 16 years of experience in local and international tax law, actively participating in M&A, corporate reorganisations, the design and implementation of multi-jurisdictional transactions, the establishment of foreign investment projects, analysis of tax incentive systems for free trade zones, and corporate consulting. Her expertise spans a diverse range of sectors, including real estate, hospitality, life sciences, consumer goods, retail, and IT.
She has been involved in the design, implementation, and post-establishment advisory of foreign investment projects in Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, and Honduras.
Alejandra holds a law degree from Universidad de Costa Rica and a master’s in business administration from the Escuela Europea de Empresas. She serves as a director at the Costa Rican Free Trade Zone Association and is a member of the Costa Rican Bar Association.
