Abhinaya is a chartered accountant and senior manager in Deloitte Germany’s transfer pricing practice, based in Frankfurt. Her focus lies on advising multinational groups on transfer pricing matters across financial services, M&A, real estate, infrastructure, financial transactions, and controversy. She has experience across Germany, the UK, and India, particularly concerning cross-border operating models, intercompany financing, transfer pricing disputes, and advance pricing agreement/mutual agreement procedure processes.

With over 12 years of transfer pricing experience, Abhinaya combines controversy, documentation, and advisory perspectives across mature and emerging markets. Her current focus is on financial services and financial transactions, an area that has become increasingly important in Germany given the closer scrutiny of intercompany financing, debt capacity, guarantees, and the commercial rationale for funding structures.
