Vishaka Saraf

Vishaka is a Partner based out of the Kolkata office and leads the GTPC practice in India. She is part of the Deloitte South Asia Executive committee, Deloitte Global Documentation Board, New York and Deloitte Global TP technology strategic leadership team and TP Operate team.

Vishaka has over 20 years of work experience with 16 years of TP experience.

She has been involved with Global TP core documentation projects and has worked on several such projects for clients in Europe, USA, Asia Pacific countries and Indian outbound clients. She is involved in some of the largest implementations of TP Operate and complete global TP compliance projects. She works closely with Deloitte member firms for both planning and global documentation purposes covering inbound and outbound transactions. She has worked on clients across various industries, including oil and gas, heavy industrial equipment, information technology, engineering, and FMCG.

She has experience with complex planning assignments relating to intangibles, cost allocation etc. She is a part of the Global TP Technology team. Vishaka is a part of the TP Global Documentation Review Board and is also a part of the executive committee of Deloitte South Asia.

She has also co-authored a number of articles in the TP domain and is a guest lecturer in IIM Calcutta on TP.
