Takuma McNie

Takuma is a managing director in Deloitte Tohmatsu Tax Co.’s Tokyo-based transfer pricing consulting services team. He has more than 17 years’ experience in professional services and has worked in Deloitte’s Tokyo office transfer pricing team since 2013.

Takuma is the leader of the Japan inbound transfer pricing team and the deputy leader of the Japan inbound tax team. In his current role, Takuma primarily supports Japan-inbound companies with their Japan-related tax and transfer pricing issues, providing advisory services such as audit defence, advance pricing arrangements, restructuring, and transfer pricing policy development services, as well as Japanese transfer pricing documentation services. He is also a member of Deloitte’s transfer pricing controversy network leadership team.

Takuma received his MBA from McMaster University (Canada) and is a chartered professional accountant.
