Subhabrata (Subho) Dasgupta

Subho is a partner and the transfer pricing (TP) leader in Deloitte Malaysia. He has extensive experience in working with Deloitte network offices in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas on global and regional TP documentation and planning engagements involving policy design, implementation, delivery, and follow-up/monitoring elements. He handles a portfolio of foreign and local multinational and domestic groups.

Subho has more than 16 years’ experience in serving clients from varied industries: electronics and electrical, pharmaceuticals, real estate and construction, consumer and industrial products, financial services, telecommunications, oil and gas, primary and secondary metal manufacturing, agribusiness, and aerospace and defence, among others.

Subho is a member of the Technical Committee on Transfer Pricing of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia. He was recognised as a Highly Regarded Practitioner in the 2022 and 2023 editions of World TP, produced by World Tax in association with ITR. Subho holds Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Commerce degrees from the University of Calcutta.
