The firm has contributed to the creation of precedents in the national legal scenario, such as the judicial decision obtained from the Federal Regional Court determining the clearance of its client's assets.

During the research period, the firm represented Associação Nacional dos Clubes de Futebol by filing a direct unconstitutionality act (ADI 7015). The Supreme Court confirmed the injunction and confirmed the hold of instalments and benefiting clubs. This case reached all football clubs in Brazil.
