José Luis Iglesias

José Luis specialises in transfer pricing policies, both domestic and abroad. He has more than 10 years of experience in transfer pricing analysis and compliance matters for multinational and local groups, advanced pricing agreements with local and/or foreign tax authorities, and providing advocacy to clients in tax audits that include a transfer pricing component.

Additionally, José Luis focuses on financial valuations that include stockholders’ equity, a company’s fair market value, and intangible assets. These are performed by a wide array of valuation methodologies that adapt to the specific needs of the client and the asset to be valued. He is a member of the Transfer Pricing Committee at Nuevo León’s Public Accountants Institute.
