Wahyu has 28 years of experience in taxation. Before joining MUC, he worked with Indonesian Tax Authority where one of his posts was in the international tax division. His innovations and ideas in taxation are published in various papers and articles.
Recent matter highlights
- Providing advisory on transfer pricing policy and documentations related to business impacts of COVID-19 to some clients, including advisory on transfer pricing arrangement of intangible property and intragroup services to one of the largest retail groups in Indonesia
- Providing advisory on transfer pricing policy and documentations to the largest banking group in Indonesia listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and the largest state-owned sharia bank in Indonesia.
- Successfully assisting one of the largest dairy products manufacturers in Indonesia in transfer pricing dispute in the tax court.
- Advising Indonesia’s first listed tech unicorn by providing suggestion to the client related to transfer pricing aspect in centralized management services.
- Providing advisory in business restructuring between entities within one of the largest publicly international traded oil and gas group company.
