Richard Schmidtke

Dr. Richard Schmidtke is a partner in the Transfer Pricing practice and heads the Transfer Pricing team in Munich. He has many years of experience in the field of transfer pricing and advises multinational companies from various industries on business model optimization and IP structuring. He supports multinational corporations in defining and implementing transfer pricing policies and related corporate governance processes, and assists with tax audits. Dr. Schmidtke is a tax advisor and heads the Deloitte America/EMEA Intellectual Property Group, an expert group specializing in transfer pricing and IP.
