Beginning in 1995 Dr Ragnar Könemann studied law at the University of Passau and the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Within his legal clerkship in 2001 he wrote and successfully defended his PhD -thesis. After finishing his course of studies, he worked as a lawyer at Hogan & Hartson. He complemented his studies in law by becoming a tax advisor in 2005 and after working for RBS RoeverBroennerSusat and PWC joined Mazars in 2014. Since 2019 Dr Könemann is Partner at Mazars.
Advising on M&A-transactions on numerous projects including acquisitions for EDF, Alten Group, Arkema, OSF and FLEX Capital.
