Petya Dimitrova

Petya is a Partner in the International & Corporate Tax department at ATOZ.

A tax professional since 2007, she has experience in private equity, real estate and multinational corporations. She advises clients on tax matters relating to set-up of funds, carried interest, deal structuring, mergers & acquisitions and divestitures.

Petya is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) in Luxembourg. With a particular interest in private equity, Petya is an active member of the Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA).

Petya is qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Luxembourg (“Expert-Comptable”) and holds a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law from the University of Nancy in France.

She speaks English, French and Bulgarian.
