Peter is a Chartered Accountant and has over 20 years’ experience of VAT. He is one of Deloitte’s four national Financial Services VAT partners that oversee a specialist national team of c.50 people. As a national Financial Services partner, Peter splits his time between both London and Regional clients.
He is responsible for co-ordinating our Indirect Tax team in Leeds & Newcastle, the largest team of Indirect Tax professionals in the region.
During his career, Peter has advised extensively across a broad spectrum of multi-national clients in multiple sectors. His particular areas of expertise include asset finance, retail banking and insurance. He also has significant experience in advising clients on cross-border transactions, outsourcing and supply chain matters, and indirect tax controls and processes.
