Patrik Schwarb

Patrik Schwarb has a Master of Arts in Economics and is a certified Swiss tax expert. Patrik’s career path commenced with PwC, he then moved to Tax Partner in 1999 where he became a Partner in 2006. His areas of expertise involve working with both Swiss and international companies, entrepreneurs and individuals where he provides structuring and transactional advice on the full range of corporate and individual tax activities including M&A and restructurings. Patrik also works on estate planning and successions for families and individuals. He is a regular speaker and lecturer at tax seminars and has published various articles on tax law.
