Olov is a partner within the Transfer Pricing Group and a tax specialist with experience advising clients on transfer pricing, international tax and dispute resolutions in a variety of industries. He has supported clients strategically in the IPO process, including establishing tax governance structures.
Olov has provided transfer pricing and international tax advice in relation to business restructurings and acquisitions that has enabled businesses to become tax efficient, sustain government scrutiny and operate more efficiently. He has advised some of Sweden’s largest multinationals from a variety of industries including financial services, information technology and industrials.
Over the years Olov has been involved in tax and transfer pricing dispute resolutions. He has successfully defended client’s interest in the Swedish administrative courts in some of the largest and most complex tax and transfer pricing matters to date. His experience also includes resolving international double taxation issues. Olov was shortlisted as tax litigation and disputes rising star in EMEA by International Tax Review in 2022.
