She has handled serious tax cases before the competent Public Authorities and Administrative Courts, including injunction. Liana is specialized in tax and accounting law, with an extensive experience in corporate tax, indirect taxes, real estate taxes and international tax issues (such as intra-group transactions, application of Bilateral Tax Treaties and transfer pricing).
