For over 10 years, he has been advising clients across a broad range of contentious situations (in both representative and advisory capacity), from internal or regulatory investigations through to formal court or arbitral proceedings. He has experience in GST laws and has been involved in counselling companies on key issues concerning supply chain. He practiced IP Law in US, before joining L&S.
