Julie Rubidge is a partner at Deloitte Tax and serves as the National Service Line Leader of Global Employer Services. Julie is responsible for capitalizing on market growth opportunities, spearheading talent acquisition efforts, and continuing technology transformation. Since launching her Deloitte career more than 20 years ago, she has built solid relationships with premier multinational clients in the automotive, consumer products, and technology industries specializing in individual, expatriate and inpatriate taxation, compensation and payroll, global mobility policy and advisory.
Prior to her current role, she served as the National Talent Leader of GES where she was responsible for the design and execution of talent strategy, helping 1,600 professionals enhance and navigate their careers. She has also served as both GES Quality Leader and GES Central East Talent Leader. She adopts a value-creating management discipline that focuses on developing the right blend of talent strategies, operations, and processes.
