Jeroen Smits

Jeroen specialises in Dutch domestic and international taxation with a focus on M&A and private equity transactions, structured finance, capital markets transactions and investment fund structuring. His clients include large multinational companies, financial institutions and private equity firms.
Jeroen joined Stibbe in 2001 and spent 3 year in the London office (2005-2008). He has (co-)authored several publications on Dutch international taxation.

He holds a master’s degree in tax law from Amsterdam University and studied at NYU. Professional Memberships include Dutch Bar Association, IFA, Dutch Association for Tax Law.
