Helena Robertsson is a Senior Partner with over 30 years of experience serving as a trusted Tax advisor to companies and individuals across the Nordics and globally. Using her extensive expertise in national and international taxation, she helps her clients resolve complex issues related to capital gains taxation, global mobility, compensation and benefit planning, tax return compliance, transfer pricing, international corporate tax, and more. Helena advises some of the largest family offices in Sweden and serves as the Lead Client Partner for several Nordic multinationals. Helena earned her MSc in Business Administration and Tax Law from Stockholm University. She is a Certified Tax Advisor and the Chair of the Stockholm University Center for Commercial Law. She also serves as a board member of the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce in New York. Helena frequently speaks at tax conferences and educational seminars in Sweden and is a regular commentator on tax matters in the media.
