Biography
He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan, a Master's Degree from LIUC University of Castellanza (VA) and a Master's Degree in Corporate Tax Law from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan, and is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan.
Specialized in the tax aspects of private equity transactions, he also deals with tax consultancy, of an ordinary and extraordinary nature, in favor of leading Italian groups.
He is a full member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of industrial companies and financial intermediaries.
