“Filipe Nogueira holds a degree in Management from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto, and in Law from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal (Porto), and is also registered with the Order of Official Auditors, as an Auditor, since 2003. He is also a Tax Arbitrator in the Portuguese Arbitral Court since 2025.
He works as an independent tax advisor for several clients, national and international, in virtually all sectors of activity.
Over his career, spanning for more than 20 years, he has accumulated extensive experience in the VAT area, with emphasis on VAT advice and planning in terms of this tax for companies and also for various public entities.
He has been named “Indirect Tax Leader” for several years by the International Tax Review, which highlights world leaders in the tax area.”
