Emanuela is a Founding Partner at PRIME Advogados, where she leads the Tax and Energy & Natural Resources practices. With over a decade of experience as a compliance officer in the oil and gas sector in Angola and the UK, she brings deep expertise in tax law, compliance, and regulatory risk. Her practice focuses on tax litigation, M&A transactions, and legal risk assessments, with specializations in mineral resources, energy, and corporate compliance. Emanuela has advised extensively on public and tax law matters and is a published author and frequent speaker at national and international conferences. She was recently appointed to the Judiciary Higher Council of Angola as an outstanding lawyer chosen by the Angolan parliament to represent the lawyers’ quota in the Council.
