Cinthia Benvenuto is the head of the tax area at Innocenti Advogados. With wide experience in tax consulting and tax litigation, working in the administrative and judicial spheres, Cinthia works in defence of tax assessment notices imposed on its clients, as well as in the filing of judicial measures with a view to reducing the tax burden and recovering tax credits. Cinthia conducts strategic cases as a lawyer for entities representing many sectors of the economy. She is recognized for her objective practice, with focus on the client and the business, as well as in the obtainment of strategic results in the transactions and proceedings in which she engages.
Cinthia also works in favour of professional ethics, which is why, in 2019, she became a member of the Court of Ethics and Discipline of the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (the “Brazilian Bar Association”), judging ethical-disciplinary proceedings brought before lawyers in São Paulo.
