Andy is a tax partner in International Tax practice. He has extensive experiences in cross-border tax advisory, merger and acquisition transactions and post-acquisition restructuring and cash repatriation analysis. He has also performed tax advisory, tax due diligence services for multinational companies’ investment and acquisition in Taiwan.
Andy worked in the international tax practice in Deloitte Tax LLP in San Jose, California for 18 months under Deloitte Global mobility program. He specializes in Taiwan inbound related investment and tax issues and has served various multinational clients in their investment approval, tax structuring, tax planning and applications of tax incentives.
Andy has assisted Taiwanese start-up companies in their funding structure and cross-border operations.
