Ishan is a partner in Deloitte’s London transfer pricing (TP) team. He has over 15 years of broad TP experience, covering the full life cycle of TP projects, from planning, to documentation, to disputes, with a primary industry focus on the technology, media, and telecommunications sector.

Ishan leads Deloitte’s UK TP pricing and economics team, and is regularly engaged in developing and applying advanced economics in transfer pricing, including risk modelling, valuations, comparability adjustments, and advanced financial transaction pricing.

Ishan is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and has a master’s degree in economic analysis.
