Iliana Salcedo

Iliana is a certified public accountant who graduated from the Universidad Central de Venezuela and holds a master’s degree in tax management from Universidad Metropolitana, both located in Caracas. She has over 25 years of experience providing specialised tax advisory services in transfer pricing matters and has contributed to the development and growth of Deloitte’s transfer pricing practice across the Andean region.

Iliana led Deloitte Venezuela’s transfer pricing department for more than 15 years, overseeing complex engagements and advising multinational and local clients on transfer pricing compliance, planning, and risk management. Under her leadership, Deloitte Venezuela has been consistently recognised by ITR World Tax as the leading transfer pricing practice in the country.

Iliana’s extensive experience includes the preparation, review, and defence of transfer pricing documentation across a broad range of industries, including automotive, pharmaceuticals, basic materials, mining, chemicals, and services. She advises multinational and local companies on transfer pricing compliance, tax planning, and cross-border transactions, helping them manage tax risks and meet regulatory requirements.
