Harshil Shah

Harshil is a manager with the financial services tax group in EY Singapore and focuses on wealth and asset management. He has over 10 years of experience as an international tax and transaction tax adviser.

Harshil has advised global and regional fund managers on their fund structures and management structures. He also advises on mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and restructuring. In particular, he assists clients in tax due diligence, tax structuring efforts on cross-border acquisitions, and divestments across various sectors.

He is an Accredited Tax Professional and a member of the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals Institute and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai, India.
