Christine Ramsay

Christine is a partner and the national service line leader of Deloitte’s transfer pricing (TP) practice in Canada. Based in Toronto, she brings over 24 years of TP experience, tax policy, and business acumen to Deloitte.

Christine has assisted multinational clients in a broad cross-section of TP issues and has advised numerous multinational companies in the following industries: media and entertainment, hospitality and leisure, high-end luxury goods retail and wholesale, consumer products, mining, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, business services, and trading companies. The transactions addressed have varied from transfers of tangible goods, provision of services, licensing of intangibles, and determination of interest rates, to complex restructurings and redesigns of business and TP models, as well as transaction flows. Christine’s TP experience is also focused on dispute resolution.

Christine was recognised by ITR as the North American Transfer Pricing Practice Leader of the Year in 2021. She has also been recognised as a tax controversy leader, in addition to being named a Leading Female Tax Adviser by ITR.
