Bianca Bagnoli

Bianca is a senior manager at Deloitte in Milan. She has broad experience in all aspects relating to complex tax controversies and tax litigation, from international tax to VAT and customs, registry, and corporate tax claims, before tax courts up to the Italian Supreme Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Bianca has successfully assisted clients in infringement procedures involving the violation of EU law provisions. She has significant experience in transfer pricing audits and tax assessments, including analysis of the relevant criminal ramifications, and assists clients in permanent establishment and fixed establishment risk assessment, including the management of the tax and corporate mitigation strategies.

Before joining Deloitte in June 2026, Bianca worked at Baker McKenzie, Chiomenti, and Ashurst Perkins Coie.
