Aditya Hans

Aditya is a partner at Dhruva Advisors. Prior to this, he was a partner at KPMG. During his 15-year tax consulting career, Aditya has worked for three of the ‘big four’ firms: KPMG, PwC, and EY. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Aditya’s focus area has been international taxation, including transfer pricing (transfer pricing audit defence and litigation, advance pricing agreements, mutual agreement procedures, value chain structuring), permanent establishment attribution, and inbound and outbound entry, exit and profit, and cash repatriation strategies. He has served clients in the metal and mining, automobile, engineering, pharmaceutical, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), and e-commerce sectors. Aditya’s client profile has been wide enough to include one of India’s largest home-grown steel manufacturers, an automobile manufacturer, a beverages company, an FMCG company, and a unicorn in the e-commerce space.

He is a frequent speaker at technical forums on taxation and regularly contributes articles to Indian and international tax journals.
