Egerton-Peters has represented clients on a variety of disputes in a range of sectors, including finance, energy and trade. He has worked on cases focusing on investment treaty disputes, international arbitration, challenges before the European courts, state aid investigations and tax controversies. His experience in commercial and public law litigation covers England and Wales, the US, Ireland, France, the Caribbean and Cyprus.
Egerton-Peters often writes on a range of legal questions. He was formerly a tutor in contract law and the history of English law at King’s College and Queen Mary, University of London.
