Hogan Lovells has hired Cameron Cosby as a partner in its tax practice.
Cosby advises real estate investment trusts (REITs), partnerships and joint ventures, and private equity and other private investment funds on federal income tax and real estate capital markets matters. His practice also covers real estate-related tax credits, energy projects and related tax credits, venture capital and M&A.
Cosby was a formerly a partner in the tax and real estate capital markets practices of Hunton & Williams. Before he became a lawyer he was a senior accountant with Arthur Andersen.
