Colin is a partner of PwC Hong Kong. He was brought up in Nigeria, and has 35 years of professional experience in Hong Kong and London, with the past 20+ being in Hong Kong. He is currently named, for the third time in succession, as one of the pre-eminent tax practitioners in Asia by Euromoney's Guide to the World's Leading Tax Advisers. Colin has also been twice recognised as one of the expert transfer pricing practitioners in Hong Kong by the Guide to the World's Leading Transfer Pricing Advisers. He has previously been named for Hong Kong in International Tax Review's Tax Controversy Leaders Guide and recognised by ITR as "among the firm's leading lights for tax controversy in Asia".

In Hong Kong, Colin services both local and regional clients, who range from individuals to the major multinationals. He has acted as general global/regional tax coordinator for a number of these, and as global/regional coordinator for major due diligences. He has also headed the Hong Kong transfer pricing team. In addition to tax, Colin has spent time in Hong Kong starting up and heading PwC's business process outsourcing group, and in the firm's global human resources services group. He has also set up and led our Asia Pacific e-business tax and legal team, where he was primarily involved in e-procurement, supply chain initiatives and business model migration work. For 10 years Colin also led one of PwC's major industry tax groups in Asia Pacific: the technology, info-comms and entertainment team.

Colin's work experience has included secondments to government and to commerce, significant deal experience, leading significant system design and implementation projects (on time and budget) and other major change management leadership responsibilities within PwC. Consequently, he is able to bring an unusually wide perspective, taking into account commercial as well as technical and policy issues, to his clients.

Colin has an MA in economics from Cambridge University, and is a fellow of the HKICPA, ICAEW and TIHK. He is also a certified tax adviser.

Outside the work area, he is the legislative council accountancy functional constituency member's representative on the Joint Liaison Committee on Taxation, a twice-appointed member of the HKSARG's public affairs forum and a board of advisers member of International Care Ministries.

Having joined PwC Hong Kong in April 2012, Kaiser Kwan is the tax partner-in-charge of the field audit and investigation team in PwC Hong Kong. He started his career with the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department, followed by more than 20 years of experience in Big 4 firms. He is a seasoned tax professional, with extensive experience in operational restructuring and cross-border tax planning. Since 1998, he has focused his expertise on the area of tax controversy. He has a wide variety of clients, which run from sole proprietors to multinational companies and cover different industry categories, such as financial services and funds, manufacturing, retail chain, as well as fashion and jewellery business. Over the years, he has developed a unique profile as a highly respected tax controversy expert in the Hong Kong market and has assisted many renowned companies to settle their disputes with the tax authorities.

He is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. International Tax Review (ITR) named him as one of the top tax advisers in Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland in 2002, 2003, 2007 and 2010. ITR also named him as a leading individual in Hong Kong in cross-border structuring in World Tax 2005. He was named as one of the world's leading tax advisers as featured in the 2007 Legal Media Group's Expert Guides publication. He participates in public seminars and forums organised by professional organisations and business associations on cross-border taxation, field audit and tax investigation matters. He also regularly contributes articles on Hong Kong taxation issues and is frequently interviewed by the financial press in Hong Kong.

Yvonne Law is vice-chairwoman of Deloitte China's Clients, Industries & Markets practice. She is responsible for building eminence and business development of the firm. Previously, she was the partner-in-charge of the business tax, field audit and tax investigation group in Hong Kong.

Yvonne is a founding member, past president and member of the Council of the Association of Women Accountants Hong Kong and the past chairwoman of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants' taxation committee.

Her public appointments include chairwoman of Hospital Governing Committee of Shatin Hospital, vice-chairwoman of the CreateSmart Initiative Vetting Committee, a member of the Council and chairwoman of Audit Committee of HK Polytechnic University, the Citizens Advisory Committee on Community Relations of the Independent Commission Against Corruption, the Energy Advisory Committee of the Environment Bureau, the Antiquities Advisory Board and the Advisory Committee on Revitalisation of Historic Buildings. She is also a member of the 10th and 11th Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in the Mainland.

Her prior appointments include: a part-time member of the HKSAR government's think tank, the Central Policy Unit (2002-2004); a member of the Commission on Strategic Development (2005); and an elected member to represent the accountancy sub-sector in the Election Committee to elect the HKSAR chief executive (2000, 2006 and 2012).

Yvonne was presented the Hong Kong Polytechnic University's (PolyU) Outstanding Accountancy Alumni Award (2000/2001) and Outstanding Alumni (2007). She has also been named by International Tax Review as one of the leading tax advisers in Hong Kong & Mainland between 2001 and 2013. In 2006, she was named one of the National Hundred Outstanding Women Entrepreneurs by China Association of Women Entrepreneurs. In 2012 and 2013, she was named by Legal Media Group as one of the World's Leading Women in Business Law.

Eugene Yeung is a senior manager in PwC Hong Kong's tax practice. Eugene received formal accounting and legal education and has more than 10 years of professional experience both as an external tax adviser, and in an in-house capacity.

He is experienced in advising clients on inbound and outbound investment tax strategies, corporate governance and compliance, and tax structure maintenance.

Eugene has extensive experience in managing complex tax controversy projects, such as handling tax examinations, tax audits, tax litigation cases (both Board of Review and court cases), and settlement negotiations. Most of these cases have involved significant transactions or cross-border issues. He also has experience on industry-specific tax issues and he has been involved in industry-related tax policy discussions.

He has advised clients across a range of industries (including the retail, manufacturing, financial services, education and charities, technology and telecommunications sectors) on issues including M&A tax issues, listing transactions and setting up regional business process outsourcing hubs in Asia. With the wide range of industry experience and his in-house tax experience, Eugene brings a pragmatic and practical perspective to his advice on tax management policies and tax dispute preparedness strategies.

Eugene graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a master's degree in law and accounting. He also has a bachelor's degree in laws and a bachelor's degree in accountancy. He is a certified public accountant in Hong Kong and a chartered accountant in England and Wales.

Davy Yun is a tax partner with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Certified Public Accountants. He possesses a wide breadth of experience gained from working in Hong Kong and Singapore, including working with another Big 4 firm, a US investment bank in Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department. His technical knowledge and expertise help his role in leading the Hong Kong national tax technical centre of Deloitte.

Davy leads a number of tax assignments on Hong Kong and multinational clients of different industries covering financial institutions, insurance companies, real estate and funds, including tax due diligence, restructuring and advising on taxation of different types of income and tax issues on cross border transactions.

Davy is a frequent speaker and writer on Hong Kong tax issues. He is also a technical reviewer of the CCH Hong Kong Master Tax Guide.

Davy holds a BBA degree in accounting from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He is a co-chairman of the ACCA-Hong Kong tax sub-committee. He has regular dialogue with senior officials of the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department, exchanging views on tax policies.
