Reginaldo Angelo dos Santos has left Syngenta Brazil to found T4B – Tax For Business Consulting.

Dos Santos comes armed with more than 20 years of experience in corporate taxation. His new firm will work on tax consulting, planning, litigation, compliance and governance. It will support local and international companies on corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing, tax incentives, M&A, tax returns, and risk management among other matters.

Dos Santos is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association and the Regional Accounting Council of São Paulo, with post-graduate degrees in tax law from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and business law from Escola de Direito de São Paulo.

He has held tax leadership positions in international companies such as Klabin-Kimberly, Ciba-Novartis, Sanofi-Aventis, Nestlé, ITW and Syngenta.
